Overview of Disneyland Paris

Obviously there is enough material to write a book on the contents of Disneyland Paris. Several people have, in fact (see section 4.3). What follows here is a very brief overview of the park's 140 acres of attractions, shops and restaurants. More detailed notes on some of the more interesting and/or unique elements are provided in section 5.

If you want to meet the Disney characters, either book a Character Breakfast at one of several selected restaurants, or watch out for regular character appearances throughout the park - check with City Hall for details of which characters will be around on the day of your visit. There are usually regular character greeting sessions held near to Casey's Corner or in the central hub area between 10am and 1pm, and again from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. During inclement weather, the characters will relocate to Discovery Arcade behind the Main Street shops.
